♠ 1994 - 2006 Member of the Veterans Vietnam Restoration Project (VVRP) serving on the Board of Directors and as in-country representative. ♠ 1984 - 1999 Lead Carpenter / Restoration Specialist / Union President N.F.F.E. Local 1891, Point Reyes National Seashore, California. ♠ 1976 - 1984 Carpenter, contractor, California. 
Phan thi Kim Tuyet, office assistant Tuyet is LHAF’s first official employee in Viet Nam. She is the office assistant and has responsibility for conducting all family assessments, managing and tracking clients and counterparts in the Open-Heart and Scholarship Programs, preparing donor reports, and ensuring proper disbursements are made to our clients. She is also responsibly for interpretation and all English / Vietnamese translations. Tuyet is 24 years old and comes to us from Da Lat City in Lam Dong Province. She graduated from Da Lat University in 2005 and has a degree in English with minor certificates in French and accounting. During 2 summers while at the university she volunteered as a teacher for ethnic minorities in the local mountainous area. She has been a tour guide and tutored high school students in English as well. Before coming to work for LHAF she was a sales representative for the XQ Silk Hand Embroidery Company in Da Lat. Her employment with LHAF began March 19, 2007.
